The Exhibits
The museum aircraft inventory centers around the excellent collection of James Read,
our founder and president of the museum. Jim's collection started with a T-34
Mentor which was his first restoration project. As his interest grew he purchased
several more aircraft including a P-51 Mustang, T-28 Trojan, Cessna A-37A,
and AT-6G Texan. The latest addition to the collection is a Royal Canadian Air Force basic trainer DHC 1 MK22 Chipmunk. The collection also contains several civilian types that are also incorporated into
the museum, Lake L-4 amphibian, and an RV homebuilt.
